Due to the nature of mystery products, all sales are final unless one of the conditions below applies.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Personal preference

  • Not liking the item

  • Expectation differences

  • Choosing the wrong size

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is sent

  • The package is confirmed lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Delayed Orders

Refunds are not issued for shipping delays alone, but we will assist with tracking and carrier inquiries.
